About

Meeples, Decks & Dice began in late 2020 as Beeliar Boardgamers, operating under the Beeliar Community Association. As attendance and interest grew, the group formally incorporated and became Meeples, Decks & Dice.

We host regular board game meets at the Beeliar Community Centre and continue to expand our events to support both members and the wider board gaming community.

Meeples, Decks & Dice exists to bring people together through tabletop gaming. We promote the hobby by creating accessible, welcoming events where people can play, learn, and connect over a shared interest in board games. As a proud Act, Belong, Commit partner, we recognise the importance of social connection, participation, and wellbeing within our community.

Our aims are to:
  • Provide regular board game events and meets
  • Make tabletop gaming accessible to all experience levels
  • Create opportunities for community members to build friendships and connections

The club is supported by its committee and members, who contribute their time, experience, and personal game collections.
Meeples, Decks & Dice also maintains a growing games library, with titles donated or purchased by the club. These games are available to play at MDD events and meets.

Game availability may vary between events. If you are hoping to play a particular game, find us on Aftergame to see what people are scheduling, claim a seat or organise your own game!

Meets

Our meets are held at the Beeliar Community Centre on the first and third Saturday of each month. The first meet is 11am - 930pm and the second meet is 130pm - 930pm.
Cost per player is $5 to help cover the cost of the hall and nibbles. We can accept cash or card. Companion cards accepted.
Players must be 16+ to attend solo, under 16's will be required to attend with an adult.

We play all kinds of tabletop games, and are open to any type of modern tabletop games including RPG and Card games.
We have a game library that you are welcome to play from, or you can bring a game down to find a group to play with!
A suggestion is that if you want to play a new game, have a read up of the rules, or watch a video so you can get the most from your play time.
