Borrowing from the Library
- Games can be borrowed during a meet with a return time/date the start of the following meet (exceptions to this are popular games as outlined below).
- No more than 3 games per person may be borrowed at any one time (excludes expansions). Renewal/repeat loans may only be taken if the game has not been placed on hold or scheduled to be played at the following meet.
Please contact the Facebook page, one of the committee or email us if you cannot return your game for the next meet.
- Some games are very popular and must be returned for the next meet, they cannot be loaned for longer. Please see 'Rules for Popular Games' below.
- Games must be treated with care and remain the property of Meeples, Decks & Dice. Any damage to the game or loss of components will incur a replacement fee. Overdue notices will be emailed to your nominated account.
- Games not returned to the board game library will incur a replacement fee. In the event the game is no longer in print, the purchase cost of the game will be charged. Membership privileges will be suspended until the items are returned or paid for.
- Games that are overdue more than a month (and are not a popular game, see below) will incur a late fee of $5. 
- If a member incurs 3 x late fees, library borrowing will be suspended for that member for 3 months.

Rules for Popular Games
We are introducing this system to keep the access to games fair and equitable across the club.
- A popular game is deemed so by the committee when it is being played often and is in high demand.
- These games will be marked with a green sticker near our property sticker on the back of the box
- Which games are popular will change, please consult the board to determine which ones are currently flagged as popular games.
- Each member may only check out one of their three games as a popular game.
- Popular games cannot be checked out before 500pm on a meet day and must be returned prior to 230pm on the next meet day - Please contact the committee as soon as possible if you cannot meet this deadline
- If the game is not returned, a $5 charge will be incurred against your account. You will not be able to borrow any games until this is paid.

As a player, you agree to the following:
- I will be kind to others, seasoned gamer or completely new. We all come from different walks of life and should all be treated with respect and patience.
- I will treat the games with care. Please clean your hands after eating and be gentle with game components (be they a library game or someone else's!)
- I will keep the language PG. We all get excited, but please remember there are younger players in the room and it is polite to keep the language to a clean level!
- I will be gracious in both winning and losing.
- I will help pack up a game I have played - even if I am really excited to get to the next one!

Membership costs $25 for the year (March 2025 - Feb 2026)
